The event, which included remarks by co-owner Krystian Gajda and a ribbon-cutting ceremony, was described as a key step in the company’s expansion and commitment to the country’s energy transition. Voltmax initiated an art competition for students at the school, the themes of which revolved around renewable energy, photovoltaics, environmental protection, and ecology. Students were encouraged to create artwork depicting their favorite energy sources or a solar-powered dream home.

🔹 These activities are part of Voltmax’s broader commitment to supporting environmental education and energy awareness among young people, encouraging them to reflect on the future of energy and sustainable development.

🔹 St George’s School itself actively promotes sustainability and environmental education as part of its mission, which aligns well with Voltmax’s initiatives.

Voltmax received a Special Mention at the Luxembourg Solar Prize 2025 for its photovoltaic project in Vianden, which was recognised for demonstrating how solar technology can be attractively integrated into architecturally sensitive environments. The award highlights Voltmax’s commitment to sustainable innovation and aesthetic design in renewable energy installations. Additionally, a school project in collaboration with Voltmax also received a special mention for using its solar installation as an educational tool for students.
