scheme in Luxembourg supporting the installation of <strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"466\">photovoltaic (PV) systems<\/strong>, with or without <strong data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"507\">electricity storage<\/strong>, under the previous regulatory framework.<\/p><p data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"607\">The subsidy is designed for property owners who want to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"801\"><li data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"659\"><p data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"659\">produce their own electricity using solar energy,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"697\"><p data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"697\">reduce reliance on the public grid,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"733\"><p data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"733\">contribute to climate protection,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"801\"><p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"801\">benefit from financial support for their photovoltaic investment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72daa4c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con conditions:<\/p><ul data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1345\"><li data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1021\"><p data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1021\">The <strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1020\">peak output of the system must not exceed 30 kWp<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1153\"><p data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1041\">PV panels may be:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1153\"><li data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1070\"><p data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1070\">mounted on the <strong data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1069\">roof<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1106\"><p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1106\">installed on the <strong data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1102\">fa\u00e7ade<\/strong>, or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1153\"><p data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1153\"><strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1152\">integrated into the building envelope<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1255\"><p data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1185\">Installations are allowed on:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1255\"><li data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1220\"><p data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1220\"><strong data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1215\">residential buildings<\/strong>, and<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1255\"><p data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1255\"><strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1254\">non-residential buildings<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1345\"><p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1345\"><strong data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1285\">Hybrid solar collectors<\/strong> producing both electricity and hot water are also eligible.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed9a106 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1615\">Maximum subsidy:<\/strong> 500 \u20ac\/kWp.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1718\"><p data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1718\">The installation operates in <strong data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1674\">feed-in mode<\/strong> with a <strong data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1717\">state-guaranteed feed-in tariff<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1778\"><p data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1778\"><strong data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1759\">Self-consumption is still possible<\/strong> under this option.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1831\"><p data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1831\">The feed-in tariff is <strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1830\">guaranteed for 15 years<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1917\"><p data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1917\">The exact tariff level depends on the <strong data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1896\">grid connection date<\/strong> of the installation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"1931\">\ud83d\udcc5 Validity:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2071\"><li data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"1997\"><p data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"1997\">invoices dated between <strong data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1996\">1 January 2022 and 31 December 2026<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2071\"><p data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2071\">the installation must have been <strong data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2070\">ordered no later than 4 March data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2289\">The system operates in <strong data-start=\"2263\" data-end=\"2288\">self-consumption mode<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2398\"><p data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2398\">The applicant must <strong data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2397\">renounce the guaranteed feed-in tariff for the entire lifetime of the installation<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2448\"><p data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2448\">This renunciation is <strong data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2447\">firm and irreversible<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2449\" data-end=\"2546\"><p data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2546\">A <strong data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2474\">buy-back contract<\/strong> must be concluded with an electricity supplier for surplus electricity.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2670\"><p data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2578\">In most cases, this involves:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2670\"><li data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2628\"><p data-start=\"2583\" data-end=\"2628\">individual or collective self-consumption, or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2670\"><p data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2670\">participation in an energy community.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2684\">\ud83d\udcc5 Validity:<\/p><ul than 4 March 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e8ef0b data-end=\"2948\"><p data-start=\"2887\" data-end=\"2948\">ordered between <strong data-start=\"2903\" data-end=\"2943\">1 January 2023 and 30 September 2024<\/strong>, and<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2949\" data-end=\"2984\"><p data-start=\"2951\" data-end=\"2984\">invoiced by <strong data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"2983\">31 December 2026<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3086\">an <strong data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3030\">increased investment subsidy of 62.5%<\/strong> applies <strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3085\">if the guaranteed feed-in tariff is waived<\/strong>.<\/p><ul data-start=\"3088\" data-end=\"3125\"><li data-start=\"3088\" data-end=\"3125\"><p data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3125\"><strong
