data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"508\">Klimabonus 523 is a public subsidy scheme in Luxembourg supporting the installation of <strong data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"471\">photovoltaic (PV) systems<\/strong> under the <strong data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"507\">new regulatory regime<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"568\">The programme is intended for building owners who want to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"777\"><li data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"620\"><p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"620\">produce their own electricity using solar energy,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"696\"><p data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"696\">operate their photovoltaic system primarily in <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"695\">self-consumption mode<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"741\"><p data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"741\">reduce dependence on the electricity grid,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"777\"><p data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"777\">contribute to climate protection.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72daa4c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con conditions:<\/p><ul data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1469\"><li data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1038\"><p data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1038\">The <strong data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"1002\">installed peak output must be at least 2 kWp<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1037\">no upper technical limit<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1135\"><p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1135\">The <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1082\">maximum subsidy amount of \u20ac10,000<\/strong> is reached with an installed capacity of <strong data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1134\">15 kWp<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1277\"><p data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1165\">Photovoltaic panels may be:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1277\"><li data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1194\"><p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1194\">mounted on the <strong data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1193\">roof<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1230\"><p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1230\">installed on the <strong data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1226\">fa\u00e7ade<\/strong>, or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1277\"><p data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1277\"><strong data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1276\">integrated into the building envelope<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1379\"><p data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1309\">Installations are allowed on:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1379\"><li data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1344\"><p data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1344\"><strong data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1339\">residential buildings<\/strong>, and<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1379\"><p data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1379\"><strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1378\">non-residential buildings<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1469\"><p data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1469\"><strong data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1409\">Hybrid solar collectors<\/strong> producing both electricity and hot water are also eligible.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed9a106 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con installations<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e677c8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1e677c8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2cc22b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2cc22b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1623\">An additional photovoltaic installation on the <strong data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1607\">same roof, fa\u00e7ade or building envelope<\/strong> is eligible if:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1759\"><li data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1759\"><p data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1759\">the injection of electricity into the grid takes place <strong data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1709\">at least two years after<\/strong> the first injection of the previous installation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1886\">For apartment buildings with <strong data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1828\">fewer than three residential units<\/strong>, this rule applies <strong data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1877\">individually to each unit<\/strong>, unless:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"2028\"><li data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1957\"><p data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"1957\">the applicant already owns an existing photovoltaic installation, or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2028\"><p data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2028\">the applicant belongs to a household that owns such an installation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbe4bfc e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"bbe4bfc\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div installation<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2653\" data-end=\"2656\" \/>This decision is <strong data-start=\"2675\" data-end=\"2699\">firm and irrevocable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2701\" data-end=\"2798\"><p data-start=\"2703\" data-end=\"2798\">A <strong data-start=\"2705\" data-end=\"2726\">buy-back contract<\/strong> must be concluded with an electricity supplier for surplus electricity.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2799\" data-end=\"2967\"><p data-start=\"2801\" data-end=\"2864\">The installation must be operated in <strong data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2863\">self-consumption mode<\/strong>.<\/p><ul data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2967\"><li data-start=\"2867\" data-end=\"2903\"><p data-start=\"2869\" data-end=\"2903\"><strong data-start=\"2869\" data-end=\"2900\">Collective self-consumption<\/strong> or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"2967\"><p data-start=\"2908\" data-end=\"2967\">participation in an <strong data-start=\"2928\" data-end=\"2948\">energy community<\/strong> is also data-end=\"3078\">pre-financing option<\/strong> is available.<\/p><p data-start=\"3094\" data-end=\"3105\">Key points:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3699\"><li data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3210\"><p data-start=\"3108\" data-end=\"3210\">The <strong data-start=\"3112\" data-end=\"3176\">pre-financing application must be submitted by the installer<\/strong> via a secure government platform.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3211\" data-end=\"3320\"><p data-start=\"3213\" data-end=\"3320\">Installers must first be <strong data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3287\">listed in the register of eligible installers<\/strong> for the pre-financing procedure.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3321\" data-end=\"3399\"><p data-start=\"3323\" data-end=\"3399\">The beneficiary must be a data-end=\"3569\">The beneficiary <strong data-start=\"3481\" data-end=\"3504\">cannot be a company<\/strong> engaged in an activity requiring an establishment authorisation.<\/p><\/li><li
